Last updated: May 2026. Please read these carefully before purchasing or using Evolve products.
By purchasing, accessing, or using any Evolve product (including the Budget Tracker 2026, Habit Tracker 2026, or the Complete Bundle), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase or use the product.
These Terms apply to all users worldwide, including customers in the United States, European Union, Australia, the Middle East, and India. Where local consumer law grants you additional rights that cannot be excluded, these Terms do not limit those rights.
Evolve sells digital web application products. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased tracker(s) via a personal web dashboard account. Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable.
All prices are listed in USD. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, currency conversion fees, or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.
Current pricing: Budget Tracker — $15 | Habit Tracker — $15 | Complete Bundle — $25. Prices are subject to change; the price at the time of your purchase is the price you pay.
Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. Evolve does not store your card details. By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge to your nominated payment method.
Because our products are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final — with one clearly defined exception.
No refunds will be issued for change of mind, accidental purchase, incompatibility with your device or browser beyond our control, or failure to use the product.
The one exception — Bug-Related Refund: If the tracker you purchased contains a material bug that substantially prevents you from using its core functionality, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the following process:
Refund requests submitted after 7 days, or for issues that do not constitute a material bug (e.g. cosmetic preferences, minor display variations across browsers, or features not advertised), will not be eligible.
All Evolve products — including the application code, design, branding, and content — are the intellectual property of Evolve. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your personal or internal business purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Evolve and its team members shall not be liable for any:
Our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably — please contact us first before pursuing any formal claim.
Where you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may be entitled to additional protections under EU consumer law, including the right to refer disputes to your local consumer authority or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
Where you are a consumer located in Australia, nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that cannot be excluded by contract.
Where you are a consumer located in India, you may have rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable IT regulations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
